Terms of Service

customcarmods.ai lets you upload a photo of your car and get AI-generated renders showing how the car would look with the modifications you pick. By creating an account you accept these Terms.

One human, one account. You’re responsible for keeping your password safe. Sharing your login is fine; sharing it with a botnet is not.

Renders are produced by spending Credits. One Recipe (one combination of mods) costs one Credit and returns three Generations.

Credits are sold in Packs through Stripe Checkout. Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except in one case: if all three Generations of a single Recipe fail to produce a usable render, that Credit is refunded automatically to your balance. Credits never expire.

You agree not to:

• Upload photos that aren’t cars, aren’t yours, or are illegal to possess.
• Use the service to defame, impersonate, or harass anyone.
• Scrape, abuse, or attempt to extract underlying models or prompts.
• Resell renders as a third-party render service.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules and forfeit any remaining Credits where the law allows.

You own the photo you upload. You own the Generations the service produces from your photo. We claim no rights over either, except a non-exclusive licence to store and process them so the service can operate.

The customcarmods.ai name, mark, and software are ours. The AI models we call (Replicate, Gemini) carry their own licences; you accept those by using the service.

Generations are predictions, not engineering drawings. A Generation does not guarantee that a real-world mod will fit, function, be road-legal, or look identical. Verify with a shop before spending real money. We are not liable for purchases you make based on a Generation.

The service is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can delete your account anytime from settings. We can terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms. On termination, unused Credits may be forfeited; sections on Ownership, Liability, and Disputes survive.

We’ll update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the service goes to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
